RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning items purchased from our online store. Please read this return policy carefully before initiating a return. Product Received in Damaged Condition or Wrong Item
For any damage to the outer packing or if it has been tamper with, we recommend checking the quality and quantity of the product against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. If you find any discrepancies, please make a suitable remark at the time of receipt.
If the product is damage, has a manufacturing defect, or if you have receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We kindly request you to retain all packaging materials and the product until you receive instructions from us regarding the return process.
Returning a Defective or Wrong Product
For any other complaints regarding the delivered package, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please refrain from returning any product(s) without receiving a confirmation email from Shahifits. If you wish to return a product, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving it. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Please note that all shipping costs associated with returning defective products to Shahifits, in addition to any shipping charges paid by customers when receiving the product, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
To ensure a smooth return process
Please return the defective product to Shahifits in its original condition, along with its original packaging. Furthermore ensure the invoice, and carefully sealed. Follow the instructions provided by our customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
The customer bears the sole responsibility for the safe receipt of defective products by Shahifits.
Examination and Remedial Steps
Upon receiving the returned product, Shahifits will examine it for the reported defects or variations and take immediate remedial steps. If, upon examination, it is found that the error occurred due to the customer’s actions, Shahifits reserves the right to make necessary modifications or alterations at the customer’s expense.
Shahifits will initiate a refund if the product is deliver in a damage or faulty condition, or if an incorrect order is receive.
No refund will be provided if the delivered product matches the color and size selected by the customer during the order placement process.
In the event of an error on the part of Shahifits, the product can be replaced, or the amount will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
If, for any reason, Shahifits is unable to deliver a certain product(s) from a multiple-product order, the customer will be given the option to select an alternate product. In the event that the customer chooses not to select an alternate product(s), Shahifits will provide a store credit for future purchases or refund the amount for the particular product(s).
Order Cancellation Policy: Customers are allow to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accept after the 24-hour window has passed.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. The balance of the store credit does not expire and can be use for future purchases at any time.
Refund Initiation: Once a cancellation request is receive, please allow a maximum of 4 business days for us to initiate the refund process. You will receive regular updates on the status of your refund.
Express Delivery Items: Please note that cancellations for express delivery items will not be accept as they are process and shipp on priority.
Credit Issuance: Credits against the customer’s credit card account typically take three (3) business days to be process. Following this, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the processing date to display the credits in the customer’s account.

Embellishments and Care
Apparel with embellishments like beads and sequins may have a tendency to come off. Despite our best efforts in handling, care, and packaging, it is impossible to completely avoid this occurrence.
